Chicago Novelist

Told of the contest  at a Suburban Library near Chicago Illinois, the protagonist wrote to the White House  to find out if this attitude reflected  the policy of the current administration towards issues of age. The rules excluded anyone over 19. Only teens contestants were accepted, thus eroding the civil rights of most taxpayers.

To recover from the flaw of being too old the protagonist  later wrote:  Mr. President, I am writing to compliment you on your excellent mastery of  FLASH FICTION. However your stories will never win a prize in Schaumburg.
